Füll FS ICD - adhesive mixing & feeding system
Dosing and Processing Technology
The FS ICD (Inline-Conti-Dispensing) – fully continuous supply system – supplies the downstream process (often also application units/coating systems) with the semi-finished product that has been mixed immediately beforehand.
Application: Fully continuous machine supply - the downstream process shows the supply rate just-in-time. The relevant recipe components are dosed via dosing pumps and usually flow meters. The components are dosed in a mixed cascade – the reactive components or components with a small quantity content are dosed at the end.
Special Fetures: The ICD is designed for a throughput range and can thus be operated faster or slower depending on the downstream process. This is possible dynamically.
Storage: The adhesives/hardeners, etc. are stored in standard delivery containers or stationary tanks – depending on the customer's requirements and design.
Production of gravimetric and volumetric dispensing systems as well as mixers and other equipment.
