FÜLL Process Group
Dosing and Processing Technology
Füll Process Group: Production of gravimetric and volumetric dispensing systems as well as mixers and other equipment. Development of gravimetric dispensing and customized process Automation.
The chemical industry offers many applications for dosage systems. The recipe components can be inert or relative, low- or highly viscous, dosed in many different quantities and accuracies and also while stirring. Dosage can take place into large or small preparation tanks, with these ranging from simple mixing tanks to vacuum reactors on load cells and with agitators.
Füll Lab Automation GmbH: Automation solutions for high-throughput research/development and quality control. Füll Lab Automation GmbH (formerly "Bosch Lab Systems") develops and sells innovative automation solutions for high-throughput research and development as well as quality control of liquid, powdered and viscous materials. In addition to standard modules, customer-specific solutions are also developed. https://www.fuell-labautomation.com

Products
FS Processer for a batchwise production of adhesive mixtures ("laminating adhesives"). This process step of dosing and mixing takes place immediately before application on a coating unit.
FS ICD (Inline-Conti-Dispensing) – fully continuous supply system – supplies downstream processes (often also application units coating systems) with the semi-finished product that has been mixed immediately beforehand.
Stand Alone Lab Modules – The step-by-step way to automation. They allow for e.g. automatic powder- or liquid-dosing after manual loading. This is the perfect means for building a semi-automatic workflow with automatic dosing steps.
The BLS Spray Application – Quality control at hand. Automated, highly reproducible coating of test panels with smallest amounts of paint.
Automated lab- and QC-workflows. Customised to your requirements. The integrated lab station (ILS) is a highly flexible system for automating your research or quality control workflows.
