The portable stand-alone solution "NOVOS 7 move" was developed to monitor the parameters relevant to the bonding process (temperature and humidity) and to be able to preventively initiate any necessary adjustments to the ambient conditions.
The NOVOS7 move comes on a mounting frame and is equipped with a power plug which allows to install the devices at several applications easily. The intelligent traffic light function uses a TFT display to signal when it is time to take necessary action.
If a defined threshold value is exceeded, this is visualized via a color change of the TFT display. Furthermore, the exceeding of the threshold can be indicated by an acoustic warning signal. The threshold values can be customized at the factory.
