Acralock SA10 LV

Adhesive Bonding Technology

The adhesives of the ACRALOCK SA10 LV series are highly advanced, 2-component industrial adhesives, MMA adhesives in a mixing ratio of 10:1.

They are characterized by high tensile strength combined with excellent peel strength, excellent fatigue values and average elongation at break of approx. 100%. In addition, these adhesives are very suitable as metal adhesives such as for stainless steel gluing (V2A glue), as steel glue or aluminum glue, but also for plastic gluing such as ABS gluing, acrylic glass gluing, plexiglass gluing or as carbon glue and GRP glue. The combination of minimal substrate pre-treatment, rapid curing (resulting in short cycle times) and no traceability of the bonded point to the surface makes the SA10 LV series the ideal tool for a wide range of composite applications.

The SA10 LV series is available in different processing times and colors by combining several adhesive and hardener components and is already used by many well-known manufacturers in the various industrial sectors as an adhesive for metal, but also in vehicle construction as a body adhesive.
