Things are better with digital.

We started introducing Contract filling 4.0 back in 2017. Through consistent digitisation of the material flow and the operating data, all relevant information can be called up and processed at any point in the workflow. For our customers, Contract filling 4.0 means maximum transparency and a fast flow of information. Internally, we were able to increase process reliability and efficiency in this way. And this enables us to react to customer requests in almost real time.

Our speciality:

Tubes

The genes of our company come out of the tube, so to speak. CTA used to be part of the tube manufacturer Albert Kienzle GmbH & Co. KG and is now part of the Tubex Group, one of the world’s leading tube manufacturers. We are the filling specialists within the Tubex Group and, as part of this group of companies, we can pass on preferential prices to our customers and, thanks to close cooperation with the manufacturing plants, we can even implement the most unusual wishes.

• Aluminum tubes, Plastic tubes, Laminate tubes, Polyfoil tubes, Coex tubes
• Sensitive contents are protected with inert gas to prevent air contact in the headspace of the tube

Bottles.

Round, square or oval: none of this matters to us. We fill bottles of almost any size and shape and apply the type of closure that perfectly suits the form of application you require.

Cartridges.

We can fill almost all cartridge systems available on the market – aluminium or plastic versions as well as 1- or 2-component systems.

1-component cartridges are particularly suitable for adhesives and sealants such as acrylates or silicones. 2-component cartridge systems have the advantage that the components do not have to be mixed separately. Cartridges are inexpensive applications that impress with low extrusion forces and fine dispensing. Cartridges are usually resealable.

Cans.

We also have semi- and fully automatic filling systems for cans – both made of plastic and tin – for almost all formats and types of closures that are available on the market. Sensitive filling goods can also be gassed with nitrogen.

Canisters.

We fill canisters, cans or buckets made of plastic or metal with a volume of up to 60 litres just as precisely and reliably as a tube with a millilitre content. When a little bit more is needed: special sizes and shapes are also possible.

Bag.

Bags are in every regard, flexible containers for paste or liquid products. We have mastered the entire range of bag systems, from small one-off applications to large stand-up bags with various types of closures such as a side-sealed or clip.

We will be happy to advise you on the selection of the right film quality with or without an aluminium barrier and help you to determine the perfect size for your desired filling quantity.
