2K epoxy resin adhesive │ solvent-free │ gap filling capacity up to 10mm │ high toughness.
Solvent-free 2K epoxy resin adhesive with gap filling capacity up to 10mm. Due to its high toughness, the adhesive has a very good long-term dynamic strength as well as a high impact strength. The typical operating temperature is -40°C to +100°C (ZSF = 3MPa @ 100°C).
Applications
Epoxy resin adhesive with medium reactivity for composite materials especially for carbon, SMC and GRP in the field of vehicle construction, sports equipment and hybrid connections, e.g. gluing metal to wood, gluing aluminum or stainless steel to carbon.
Processing
Processing with spatula or mixing/dosing machines. Curing at room temperature or slightly elevated temperatures. After 24 hours at room temperature, a high level of strength is already achieved. The highest strength values are achieved after 16 hours with annealing at 40°C. As a rule, the handling strength is already given after approx. 4 hours at room temperature. The adhesive is available in 50ml and 400ml cartridges as well as individual containers in 0.5kg, 5kg and 18kg.
