Adhesive Bonding Technology
Double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive tape with a white polyethylene foam carrier and an aggressive synthetic rubber adhesive.
Product characteristics:
- Toluene-free
- Excellent initial adhesion (tack)
- Outstanding shear resistance, adhesive, tensile and splitting strength
- The compressible, permanently resilient foam carrier gives an extremely effective adhesion immediately after application even on rough and slightly uneven and structured surfaces.
- DuploCOLL® 50001 LSE absorbs vibration and compensates for different expansion coefficients of substrates that are joined.
- Good die-cutting properties
- Powerful even at high temperatures up to +80 °C
