PX-107-M9

Adhesive Bonding Technology

Vacuum-resistant 2K IPN adhesive.

  • Temperature-resistant up to 180 °C
  • Toughened
  • Suitable for ultra-high vacuum

Polymerics PX-107-M9 is a solvent-free, heat-curing specialty adhesive with high temperature resistance. This low-viscosity, unfilled adhesive is tough-elasticized and is suitable for bonding or sealing quartz glass with stainless steel for ultra-high vacuum applications. Even after storage in liquid nitrogen (77 K), the tightness remains. Bonding of sapphire with titanium is successfully made with this adhesive.
