Three Bond 1227H is a single-component, high-performance moisture-curing RTV silicone with excellent chemical resistance to a wide variety of media, including engine and gear oils or coolants.

The OEM tested and released material has good processability with common dosing systems in automatic and manual processes. After a short time it forms a highly elastic sealing which perfectly adapts to the surface structure of the flange surfaces and reliably seals even with strong vibrations. A wide range of possible combinations of materials and, at the same time, the highest mechanical requirements make Three Bond 1227H the ideal choice when it comes to sealing against a wide variety of aggressive new generation oils.
