Curvalin D 6010 is a water-based, 2-component contact adhesive that allows immediate bonding with a flexible bond seam. The big benefit is that the product can be applied to just one side of the bond, which simplifies the production process. The adhesive can be used to easily and reliably bond not only different types of foam material but also wood. It is also possible to bond plastic seats (made of e.g. PE or PP). The adhesive system can be easily integrated into the existing production process. All that is required for this purpose is a simple free-flow system (optionally available).
