Cerama-Dip 538-N - Anorganic Ceramic Coating
Coating Technology
Cerama-Dip 538N is a high temperature coating material and a chemically bonded mixture for coatings of ceramics, quartz, refractory materials and metals. This results in excellent adhesion and resistance to heat shocks and corrosion. It is a water-based single-component system as an inorganic ceramic protective coating. Mainly for insulation, electrical high performance resistors with very high heat radiation. The protective coating is far superior to conventional Epoxies, silicones and phenols in temperature resistance. The coating can be done by dipping or spraying. Cleaning or removal can be done with water in an unhardened state. Has only a slight odor and contains no volatile organic mixtures. No gassing during and after curing.
