Merbenit HT50

Adhesive Bonding Technology

Elastic adhesive with high immediate adhesion. Bonds with high mechanical strength. Unique combination of good workability, high immediate adhesion and rapidly increasing strength. Bonded parts can be transported after a short time or fixings can be quickly removed, paint-compatible.

Product advantages

  • High immediate adhesion combined with easy to process
  • Permanently elastic
  • Without addition of solvents, isocyanates, silicones or phthalates
  • Suitable for use in food production areas
  • Low odour
  • Paint-compatible
  • Non-corrosive on surfaces
  • Impact- and vibration-resistant (shock-absorbing)
  • Very good sealing properties

Application examples

For permanent bonding of all kinds where immediate adhesion are required, bridges unevenness and simply compensates for tension, elastic and sealing bonding in the fields of metal, apparatus and mechanical engineering, plastics, ventilation and air conditioning technology, car body, wagon, vehicle and container construction, lift construction, passenger bridges, household appliances. Compatible with EPS and XPS insulating materials.
