When planning bonded joints in an industrial environment, many challenges and questions often arise.
These can concern, for example, the design and construction of a bonded joint, the manufacturer-independent adhesive selection, the determination of suitable material data, the surface pretreatments or the testing of bonded joints. Depending on the requirements, various load types and aging scenarios must then be simulated in order to determine, for example, reduction factors.
