Adhesive Bonding Technology

Hybrid-Assembly-Adhesive - 1-part STP-assembly adhesive with particularly high initial bonding strength and tackiness, even suitable for vertical and overhead applications.

SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • very high initial bonding strength (tack)
  • high adhesion force (≥5N/mm², power)
  • good smoothing behaviour
  • elastic glued joint ~70 Shore-A
  • can be over-painted in hardened up state
  • good UV-colour stability and weathering resistance
  • wide adhesion spectrum
  • quick full hardening
  • non-foaming
  • solvent-free
  • very low emission - classified in the EMICODE class EC1PLUS in compliance with the criterions of the GEV

APPLICATION EXAMPLES

  • Offers an excellent adhesive strength as assembly adhesive on different metals, derived timber products, duro- and thermoplastics, building materials, natural stone, ceramics and glass, forwarded the surfaces have been prepared accordingly
  • Thanks its wide adhesion spectrum, this adhesive can be used for different kinds of applications in the vehicle manufacturing and for vehicle superstructures
  • Also suitable for diverse applications in the building trade, for many kinds of assembly bonding and various industry fields
