Heated drum melter with automated air relief and seamless plate-seal to process hotmelt-adhesives and sealants from smooth wall 200 kg / 55 Gal. drums with volumetric metering pump rates.

The equipment concept based on pneumatic pressure cylinders and a heated segmented melting plate with a gearpump in configurable variations, ensures low maintenance issues during melting and metering of suitable thermoplastics or reactive adhesives and sealants. Best operator safety will be achieved related to dedicated process step monitoring and a two-hand-operation.
